I have dealt with this company for over a decade, they have moved me 3 times and had my belongings in storage for a decade. I have paid them nearly $70,000 over that period and trust was high. However, I had them move me in September 2021 and they failed to be organized, timely, or to deliver all of my belongings. Items were damaged and other items, full boxes of my belongings, are missing. Additionally, I was charged $650 for damages the building management stated they caused. I offered to rally for them and produce the photos of why they are the movers who created the damage but they left me hanging to absorb the cost.They have done nothing productive in response to my inquiry; they were going to do several things but have not. I have been working with them for months -- sharing detailed reports and talking to representatives there that I am familiar with -- *************************, ***********************, *******************************. Recently, they have decided to ignore me, telling me that they gave me a price cut on the move and therefore do not need to take any additional action. This is unacceptable. There was no price cut and there were no additional storage fees or delivery fees owed. They are making false claims.I need them to investigate their work crew, prove that they really do background checks like they claim they do, and reimburse me for the losses.
