            Hollander ********************************************* did not fulfill the terms of our contract. They breeched our contract. It was in the contract to unpack all my boxes and dispose of them upon delivery.They did not do that. They were dishonest and not available the day of delivery. ************************* my Relocation Coordinator was not available during the entire process of my move from start to finish. She never answered any of my emails or answered or returned any my phone calls. Mayflower Moving is a dishonest company. They lied to **** about the services they provided. I paid in full for services the services listed in the contract. They did not deliver or provide all the services in our contract. Mayflower Movers caused me unneeded stress, lied to me and **** and did not fulfill the terms of the contract. They did not provide a solution. They should not be paid $8000.00 as they lied and they did not provide the services that were stated in the contract.

            It was a great service; driver **** was punctual, communicative, and polite. Item arrived well-travelled. The communication, service, and general customer care were excellent. The movers were on time, friendly, and polite. I would recommend this company.
