            Awful customer service. The one time I did get somebody to answer the phone, he was clearly "working" from home because he was trying to tend to a crying child. He transferred me to a different extension where I got voicemail. Nobody has called me back, despite leaving 3 messages about urgency over the past week. I've also called several other times and nobody ever answers. Shipping/handling rates are enormous. My customer was billed $139.04 for shipping on **** foam koozies (very lightweight). Deadlines aren't being met, even though my original order clearly specified an in-hand date. Can't resolve the issues because nobody will answer the phone.
