      The reason the dental office gets 5 stars is because they have you fill out the rating in front of them. So when you are seeing how great the office is, that is because they are standing in front of you pressuring you to give them positive reviews. If the office was that great, you wouldn't have to beg for reviews. The worse experience I had. Not only was I charged for advance treatments. when I canceled they refused to give me the money for the visit I canceled, after receiving an email stating they would. What they did was added a bunch of charges for the "consultation" and took my money!!

      They would have received a neutral review (though certainly not a recommendation) but for the very, very end.My invisalign was complete. And it was time for a cosmetic fix and my retainers. I was informed that the updated cost of those items would be nearly a thousand dollars more than what was first quoted. Now keep in mind it had been some time since the quotebut nearly a thousand dollar difference to address the exact things reviewed and approved in the initial treatment plan?And this change of price/justification for the change was not relayed to me by the doctor. Instead, in the flurry of her coming in to do something else, she talked OVER me to the woman helping her and said did anyone talk to her about the change? And they said no not yet. Had I known the change would be a doubling of the original quote I would have spoken up then. Bottom line, the doctor did not take the time to talk me, the patient, through the change. And thats a problem.But that wasnt the biggest problem. THIS was (and this is what ultimately prompted the review): I left that day and was told someone would call me to discuss. Two calls, two messages and an email later and its been six weeks and no one has responded/followed up/contacted me. If the answer is that the prices are what they are regardless of what was quoted, then say that explicitly and allow me to move on. Or if you think I ask too many questions or am to specific with my desired outcome, then say that and Ill move on. But what you SHOULD NOT do in a patient/provider situation is just not respond and leave me in purgatory. Wondering if Ill finish my treatment there or have to find a new dentist. What I also found out upon getting a retainer from another provider, was that they did not tell me to continuously wear my trays until I get my retainer. Their unresponsiveness and lack of information could have undone the work of my many thousand dollar investment/invisalign.Shame. Shame. Shame.
