First of all I'm being overcharged I should have already had my bike paid off I've had an e-bike from them and I paid on it they were supposed to make repairs to the bike and told and me and lied to me saying that they put a new motor on when they didn't the bike goes slower now and doesn't keep energy at all there's no way and I was in it's the same wheel everything that was already on there they're lying to me they have been taking they took extra money out of my check when I did not even sign up for auto pay and they're trying to hold me responsible for a bike that belongs to my ex I'm paying for my bike my ex got a bike and they're trying they bullied me into signing a new contract just so I can get my bike back from them having it for 5 months supposedly repairing it but they didn't repair it they're nothing but liars and thieves and they think that they've got one over on me because I have mental problems I feel that they are taking from innocent people and they're taking advantage of me and I need someone to help me stand up for myself because this is not fair and lying about repairs that they made they did not make any repairs to that bike all they did was put the wheel back on and they kept my bike for 5 months. I'm tired of all the lies I've asked for paper documentation and they're not giving it to me and all they care about is covering their own ass it's not my fault that me and my ex are not together and they're trying to hold me responsible for a bike that I don't even have and taking money out of my social security check that is not for them to do unless I sign up for auto pay and I never did these people are very very unprofessional and thieves skimming off the top so they can make more money that's pathetic.
