      I ordered 4 sets of headphones on 09/03/2022. They promptly processed my payment. Then I waited. And waited. I inquired on 09/14/2022 and was told my new ship date was 09/22/22. That date came and went. I inquired again on 09/29/22 only to get an email this am saying that my 1 (single????) headphone would ship on 10/28/22. I understand that there are covid related delays. I want to know why no one thought to send an email that the order would not be fulfilled for 60 days. If you do not have a product and have no idea when you are getting it back in why is it available on their website? Why did I have to chase after customer service to find this out? I have asked for the order to be refunded. I will be placing the order elsewhere and will never order from them again. Customer service and communications matter.

      While supply chain issues caused and impacted the lead time of the headphones it is our process to proactively provide updates on orders that are delayed. In checking into this order that process did not work as expected and we are reviewing the cause to prevent it happening in the future. We have cancelled this order per the customer request and refunded them in full.

      We ordered 2 tables for a classroom in January and were told we would have them in 2 weeks and we paid over $150 in shipping to have them sent to us. Then we received a back order and were told they would be shipping soon. It is now the middle of March and we still do not have the tables. We tried several times to cancel the order and were told that if we cancel the order there was a cancellation fee and we would not get our full refund. This company is a fraud and no school should ever order products from them.

      This order was delayed in shipping out and in transit. We are reaching out to the customer to resolve this issue today. Once an order ships it can no longer be cancelled but can be returned. Return charges may apply but they can be reduced or waived on a case by case basis.

      I placed an order (a drawing table) with this company on February 4th 2022. Within an hour, I called customer service to cancel the order. The agent issued the request and said I would receive confirmation of cancellation on Monday, February 7th. Today: Saturday February 5th, I was notified that the item had shipped!!!!!!!!!!What The ****? Seems school outfitters are faster than ******! (Faster to ignore a cancellation request and Faster to try and make a quick buck! To quote other reviews of this company: "This is an extremely dishonest company".

      The customer ordered on 2/4 @ 12:21 Pm. We sent the purchase order over to the manufacturer and because it was a quick ship item the supplier was able to ship it the same day. When the customer called to cancel that same day at 3:29 Pm our CSR followed procedure and sent a request to cancel the order to the manufacturer. We are not in the office on weekends, so would have been unable to address any concerns with the failed cancellation until Monday.Customer called on Monday 2/7 to advise the product had shipped and our standard procedure is to treat a failed cancellation as a return. However, the *** had already escalated it to a supervisor to approve an override and refund the customer the purchase price including shipping. That was approved and the *** will contact the customer advising they can keep or dispose of the product and the refund should be processed today.
