              We bought the shaker kitchen cabinets back in September 2023. They delivered in October 2023 with top cabinets shaker and bottoms ordered wrong no shaker. I called numerous times and complained and finally they sent out a service man in December. He tried to put the raised shaker on himself and realized after one broke they would have to be ordered. The supervisor called me she assured me she would personally handled this herself since it was an error on them and we would have our drawers in two - three weeks. Never heard a word from her again. I have called numerous times talked to a few other people and got no where. Finally got a call back from them and was told all drawers are in but now the rails for the drawers are not and that they would call as soon as they get them in. Well another month and still no word. We are going on the 8th month of waiting for our drawers. They offered no compensation nothing for their mistake and still waiting.
