      I bought a car there and gave me an blow engine car and they saying that the car runs good went there for a whole week and just got the car 4 days ago and they lie saying the car is low mileage but it was 91k and made me pay more and they are not willing to check the engine for me and i call the kinetic about the car and they even say the engine in about to blow up because they checked it two weeks before team Nissan got the car from the old owner and its making me upset cuz they are saying that they will check it but if they dont fine a problem they will make me pay 400 and thats not right for their own problem to give me an blown engine car at first place they even know i got scammed by them pleaseeee help me get me a new car cuz their company is not good in the Manchester area

      Terrible. Spoke with them the night prior to a test drive on a vehicle. Made a 4:00 appointment for the test drive the following day. Left work early, when I got to Team Nissan they said they had good news and bad news. Apparently somebody had seen the vehicle and decided to buy it. What's the good news ? I was first in line according to the women I spoke to the night before. S***** business Extremely disappointed

      Worst Customer Experience. Managers over there given incorrect information to make money for the dealership and also try impose them selves on customers and try ridicule them when asked something.

      This person is a belligerent bully. As a result of his behavior, profane language, and personal attacks against multiple employees of the dealership, both in person and via phone and email, he's been banned from the property.

      The customer has a factory defect with the mechanical operation of his convertible top, which was present when he purchased it brand new from the factory in 2019. At that time, we performed the repair per the factory required guidelines. The customer returned for a recent service visit, experiencing a similar problem with the mechanical functionality of his convertible top. Against our recommendation, Nissan the factory will not authorize an entire roof replacement, as they deemed the problem to be repairable. This answer wasn't satisfactory to the customer so he called Nissan Consumer Affairs to file a complaint and demand a new top. The factory denied his request as well. To be clear, the factory has twice denied this request, the first time when the dealership made the request on his behalf and the second time when they (the factory) denied his request for the same outcome. We've made multiple attempts to explain to the customer that the dealership doesn't build the vehicles, nor do we have the authority to replace factory components when factory defects are present. He doesn't find this to be a reasonable response. He's since attempted to bully any and all employees he's come in contact with. This is behavior we simply do not tolerate. We wish him luck and hope he finds a dealer better suited to meet his demands.

      I have been trying to resolve an issue with a 2013 Nissan Juke SL for over a long period.. I informed them that tthe trasmission is not working properly they encourage a transmission flush for $800, did it they test drove it and said nothing was wrong. Drove it for 2-3 months did the same thing. Now they tell me it needs a new transmission.. Go figure right after the extended warranty was null and void. The cooperative office has been giving me the run around and tell me they won't help me. Now i have to take it higher probably cost an arm and leg. I urge anyone to never buy from this company.. Keep an eye out i will be posting more from this major headache. Very disappointed customer!!!!

      The vehicle was already out of warranty during this occurrence. After multiple road tests, we were unable to duplicate the transmission concern so we recommended a CVT fluid flush. The transmission flush was $249.95 not $800. We want to help resolve the concern, which is why we've made a huge concession in the cost of the repair, in an effort to be helpful. This has been explained to both the complainant and her mother, which both have agreed on the updated pricing to repair the vehicle. We'll continue to do everything we can to remain as helpful as possible.
