    They had completed work crawl space under my house. When they had completed the work (or so we thought) we found that they had left cement all over the yard where they had mixed the cement, as well as over towards the back of the yard. They had installed a sump pump on an uphill incline so that it drains the water from under the house back to the pump. They also damaged my gate and did not inform me. When I brought this to their attention, they agreed that this should not have happened. The fence installer corrected the problem with the fence at no charge. They advised that they would remove the cement, and the sump pump. They offered me $1,000.00 to take back the pump, it costs almost $2000.00. This was on 10/17/23. They have not responded since then. This is very poor customer service, on their part. I am seeking removal of the pump, and refund on $1500.00.

    Called Erickson to finish water proofing my basement. There was about 47 feet that I wanted done . The first estimate was 4047.00. I sent them some pics of were my water comes in from the town so there would be no surprises. After they saw the pics an additional 108.00 was added to the cost. This is a rectangle hole in the basement floor. Covered over with plywood so no one can get hurt. The rectangular hole is about 13 inches deep. My question was will the plywood covering fit back in place as safety concerns on my family from getting hurt . I was told that this is the homeowner’s responsibility but for an additional 100.00 dollars we will have our team take care of the problem. I was asking for a service to be done that was just growing at hundreds of dollars at will. From start to finish. My point being just a little customer service would have gone a long way so all parties would have been happy.

    Thank you for your feedback. We have made it our mission to redefine the construction experience for our customers, and we are so sorry to hear that you feel we failed to deliver on that mission. I understand that we completed a very successful waterproofing project for you in June and that you were pleased with the results. After the completion of that work, you decided you wanted to move forward with some additional work that our inspector had recommended. As part of that new scope of work, you requested that we do some additional service to modify an existing pit cover. Though this is typically a $200 carpentry service item, our team offered to do that additional work for only $100. To be clear, this was not part of the work scope that had been quoted to you, but we wanted to provide you with a discounted rate as thanks for your continued business. Like any business, we do have to charge a reasonable rate for the services we provide. Perhaps we didn't communicate that well, and for that we are sorry. Our sales manager will reach out to you to discuss so that we can hopefully earn your trust again!
