              Without a doubt the worst vacation booking experience I have ever had. When we booked, they never asked for our full name that is on our passports. Because of this, I have spent the past two days on the phone and spent hundreds of dollars attempting to fix this. When our traveling companions have tried to contact CruCon, they get nothing my voicemail and no call back. This is trulya fly-by-night organization. If you expect good customer service, go elsewhere.

              I have been a regular CruCon Loyalty member for years. Some years I booked 3 cruises in one year. They previously provided above excellent customer service and I recommended them to all my friends. They have changed their business model and now customer service is non existent. You can no longer work with a specific agent. You can never reach them by phone anymore. They do not have an emergency number for travelers experiencing problems with their trips. It takes days and weeks to get an email response to your email. They make mistakes with parts of your booking or billing. This is all since Jan 2020. By this time, any Covid operational issues should have been worked out. Staff working from home is no excuse for poor customer service. They became too big too quickly without having an effective operational model in place.

              I booked a cruise online but need to add insurance, book air, correct a birthday, correct specialty dinner but I've made 3 attempts via phone and email and they haven't returned my call or email. It seems all they want to do is sell. Absolutely no customer service!

              Well prior to Covid I would and have totally directed friends and family to get their cruise from Crucon. No longer... and we were loyalty members with them. We had two cruises just recently using them. One in December, on the Anthem of the Seas, the other on the Odessey. I am a retired travel agency manager, and so I understand what customer service calls for. Crucon was and is totally lacking in that area. It is nonexistent. I can not begin to tell you how many phone calls, texts and emails we sent to them trying to ask a variety of questions concerning those two cruises. Sadly I must report that very few of those phone calls, texts or emails were returned. The message on the recorder would tell you they'd get back to you, but did they. Nope. Finally we gave up, mainly because we feared something would go wrong with our booked and paid for cruises So sad that once a phenomenal company is no more.

              As others have mentioned, CruCon is non-responsive to any requests to customer service. I have called - but you'll be asked to leave a VM and promised a call back, but you'll never get one. I have emailed, - and you're asked to wait a week for a response. Several go by and you won't get one. There's literally no way to get in contact with a human anymore. I even tried to sign up for the Memorial Day sale, but they never sent the information. Before COVID, I had booked many cruises with CruCon. But now I'm moving elsewhere as it's literally impossible for me to book with them and my situation (more than 4 in a stateroom) can not be booked online. A real shame, used to be a good agency.

              I have dealt with CruCon for many years. HOWEVER their customer service has become non existent. I have tried for at least 6 weeks to reach them and still no response. There are many other agencies who book cruises. I will definitely be using someone else in the future. Too bad after so many years.

              We had a cruise booked for 2/15/2022. My mother-in-law passed away and her funeral is then. I tried to call to cancel our cruise for a credit and the voice told us to send a request to customer service. We send a request to customer service on 1/14/22. The email receive back stated may take 7 business days. No response from them every time we try to call the voice mail states do not send another email. We called royal carribean and they stated we need to cancel through our travel agent (which is crucon). We need to have this cruise cancelled and our credit for the cruise applied.

              We have been trying to reach Crucon for 2 months by phone and email. They are not responding. We are owed over $2,000 from cruises that have been cancelled. We contacted the cruise line direct but they tell us we have to deal with Crucon. They have absolutely NO customer service.
