              Flowers came in after Easter. Didn't open and were of poor quality. Embarrassed that they we made such a mistake is not reviewing this company before ordering. My wife placed the order and I called to complain. After reviewing all our information to verify we placed the order, they wouldn't talk to me. They insisted that my wife call back when available. Did I not have enough information to verify identity????? Buyer, recipient, order number, credit card information etc. This is apparently why they have such poor ratings. Companies like this should not be in business. Buyer beware. I wish we were. One star is a gift.

              We have been unable to locate any order for this customer with the given information. If the customer can provide the order #, his/her last name, the email used on the order for himself/herself, the phone # on the order for himself/herself, or the recipients last name, we would be happy to look further and resolve this for them. We have gone back 60 days and their is not an order with this information or zip code. Sincerely, From You Flowers.
