            I received my hot tub last year in August and began using it in Sept. My pump went out in March and I have tried everything since to get a new pump. I sent the old one back after 2 months of sending pictures and videos "proving" the pump didn't work. I've gotten little to no response. No one will call me or email me back. It's the worst run business and customer support ever!

            I purchases an inflatable hot tub from them in July 2021 and the heater started to have issues July 2022. I reached out to them via chat and received no response. I finally got an email back after several other attempts, conveniently on August 1st. Not only did they have a lot of trouble shooting recommendations and said they could not locate my order at first until I showed them the receipt. Then after a months of back and forth, I got a simple email saying that it is now outside its warranty window and could only offer me a 10% discount to buy a new hot tub. They gave me the run around when I explained again that I tried reaching out in July and they replied with I gave them the wrong email address and that is what they responded to. I never received that email or I would have responded. Just excuses so they don't have to replace a defective item.
