Unfortunately for myself, this Corporation is stringing me along. They sent a plumbing business that broke a pipe they were suppose to unclog. Not only is my kitchen ceiling down, but they started drilling upwards and destroyed my bathroom floor leaving a hole. They kept telling me the plumber would make good, the plumber says no. Now i am waiting for an answer from Homeserve.

Have had to use the company a couple times. For water leak inside the home. This time they found the leak was outside. After digging they found the leak was the water department problem. The technician explained the problem and they contacted the water department to inform them. They have been very professional and polite. Always explained what they needed to do to find the problem. I am so happy that I have home serve and their contractor ******* ************** both of their teams are beyond expectations. The homeserve customer care are so polite and nice whereas Allstar Refrigeration people are super quick to respond and resolve the issue.They are very honest.HomeServe USA Corp. Response

DR SEVACKO SERVICED BOTH A PLUMBING ISSUE AND REPLACED MY WATER HEATER. I WAS VERY PLEASED AS THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DEFINATELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL USE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PLUMBING PROBLEMS.HomeServe USA Corp. Response

HomeServe has covered nothing in any service call I've made. While their policies outline what they don't cover, you'd have to be an expert in the field to know what those components are. HomeServe agents aren't customer-obsessed, so they aren't gnawing at the bit to assist you when you encounter complications.Review from Gary W

Beware of Home Serve warranty company. Paid for their warranty, when I placed a claim for my AC they told me because the coolant for my unit could not be found therefore it could not be fixed. I thought with a home warranty agreement if it couldn’t be repaired they would replace it, not with this company. This company does not honor its agreement.Review from ARMELIA H

My experience with **** *********** was very good. Denis was on time, answered all my questions. He kept me informed of his progress and explained everything He did and why. I was quite impressed by **** *********** and HomeServe.
