My only good experience was with the customer service chat (there was no phone contact). There are no videos regarding set-up, outdial, and other features. 2 old videos on YouTube. This service is not your usual phone service and, in my opinion, they failed to make it clear before signing up. (No Contract Required, Cancel Anytime) but There is NO refund. I view BBB members as credible and trustworthy but this might be an exception.Review from Kelley Q

Truly amazing service. They made my move to ****** so much less stressful - bank approvals, Uber alerts, voicemails, everything came through quickly and easily with Tossable Digits. When I moved back to the US and needed to "port out" my American number to an American provider again, they wrote back immediately with the necessary information. This was my first international move and Tossable Digits was the only simple thing about it! Very grateful to them.Review from Allison V.

EXCELENT SERVICE. I was skeptical to go with them at first because of their little to none online presence (only a couple of youtube videos!!!). I did not have much reviews to evaluate their service. But the one review I found in a blog was detailed enough to learned that Tossable Digits could solve my problem. What I needed was a US phone number that I could keep as mine and that I could use for all my subscriptions, even while I AM OUTSIDE THE US. Tossable Digits does exactly that! I receive my subscription SMS codes by email (everything from banks and online stores to delivery notifications!), I forward the US calls right into my ********** cellphone number (optional), I personalized a separate voicemail message in english, plus tons of other options that I am not even using. All that for a convenient annual payment to keep that number forever! I could not have asked for anything better!! Annnnd the customer service is excelent!!! Very honest and straight forward!! That support was the solely reason I decided to give them a try and I have been very satisfied ever since!!
