              In 2017 I started a business and used The Company Corporation to incorporate. I also signed up for a registered agent service. The Company Corporation would fulfill my legal obligation to provide an address where somebody would be present during business hours. For this service The Company Corporation charge a fee, billed at the end of February annually. In 2020, I contacted The Company Corporation indicating that I no longer wanted this service because I was closing my business. They communicated back that when that happened they would be notified and would then terminate our agreement. I closed my business in New Mexico on 31 March 2020. In February 2021 I received another bill. I wrote back to The Company Corporation that my business had closed the previous year. I also emailed them. I have not receive a response to either communication and continued to get billed.

              The worst service ever. Forming a PC does not take 5 months. We decided to take a small shot with a Company that professes stellar work and service. "You pay for what you get". This is a Company that does not know what service is about and all they want to do is charge you without ever communicating. Terrible outfit- better off using your CPA or LegalZoom.
