              Hi-Tec was called to come and tell us why our refrigerator is leaking water and repair if necessary. We were told the compressor and sealed system were going out. The repair cost was as much as a new refrigerator $1400. I called Samsung because my refrigerator is not old, They sent a technician who found freezer drain blocked cleared it and found no other issues. The Hi-Tec person measured our refrigerator contacted his office and had a salesperson contact us to sell us a new refrigerator. I have called them 4 times to ask for my $75 back. Have not talked to a boss or owner yet. I won't call again.
