Business Profilefor101 Mobility

Last February my wife had a stroke, I selected 101 Mobility come in and install a wheelchair ramp and stair glides so she can be mobile between the floors of the home. One of the attractions for the company was their buyback program During the time of contract, the owner was **** and was great at coming out to check on the equipment, service calls, pick up cash payments etc. as initially we were renting to own. In December we decided to purchase the wheelchair ramp and stair glides. In March we decided to purchase a ranch style home. I reached out to 101 Mobility inquiring about the buyback program. At this time, I was informed **** is the new owner of the company - email conversation is below. In a nutshell, they mentioned the equipment does not qualify for the buyback program. From my last correspondence back in April to ****, I have not heard back from him. I would like to ask if you can investigate 101 Mobility as individuals that require this type of equipment are typically older in age or have some form of disability and more than likely are taken advantage of or stuck with the items when approaching 101 Mobility for the buy back program.
