    This business does not properly support their return process. I first had an issue when I set up the return, a label was supposed to be emailed to me but it was not. Ok, fine. They were helpful in getting me the label via email. Now, after waiting so long for my refund I feel like its kind of a scam. I returned my item (wrong size) so I can re-order the correct size. The order was returned and delivered/signed for on 12/26. I reached out after about two weeks to see when I would be refunded. They responded the same day of my inquiry and said it can take 10 business days and I should have my refund on or by 1/15. Not the case. I emailed to ask for an update on 1/16. No response. On 1/18 I filed a case for a refund. On 1/22 they told me I have to cancel my opened PayPal case to receive a refund. Thats not how it works. The lack of refund is on them. They should refund me immediately and resolve the issue.

    These shoes did not fit, so I returned them. Per their return policy, unworn, new condition returns will be refunded. HOWEVER, they fail to mention that they will deduct the shipping both ways from your refund and they increase the shipping charge to a higher rate than what they charged to ship the shoes to you. Terrible customer service! Beware! Cheap **********************, spendy price and you will have to ******** to try them out.
