            I made a purchase of storm door replacement parts on July 2, 2023. On July 10th, I checked online to see when the delivery was scheduled. It showed that the order was unfulfilled, so I called customer service immediately. They told me I can expect a delivery on July 14th. I also got an email the same day confirming a July 14th delivery. On July 15th, I still had not received the parts and my only order still shows unfulfilled. I don't appreciate being lied to about the delivery date. I could go elsewhere for the parts, but I am now stuck in limbo, as I can't return parts I have not received, I can't cancel the order because it has already been processed and I don't have any idea when I will get the parts. My door, meanwhile is falling apart.

            THIS IS AMAZIMG THAT I FOUND THIS COMPANY... LOOKING FORWARD TO MY ORDER OF ******** SCREEN DOOR LOCK & HANDLE !! FOUND THEIR NAME ON ******** AS I WAS DESPERATE FOR THIS OLDER STORM DOOR **** & HANDLES !!CAN'T WAIT TO INSTALL IT !!HAVING THE SERIAL NUMBER HELPED THEM FIND THE PART THAT ARE NO LONGER MADE.. SO THIS CALL SAVED ME $ ****** FOR A DOOR PLUS $300.00 LABOR !!
