On 3/11/24 bought a ****************Adapt Firm Mattress & 2 Twin XI Tempur-Adapt Low Pro Foundations On 5/4/24 received 1 mattress, 2 box springs, 2 cooling pillows, 1 king ******* Mattress Protector.Fell off bed on 5/5/24 while attempting to get into bed.On 5/6/24, spoke to ***** about concern of mattress being too high & to discuss return of box springs. On 5/7/24, spoke to **** at PM about concern of height of bed & to return box springs. First, he suggested to put a thin sheet of plywood under mattress in place of box springs to lower height. He suggested spending more money on a metal bed foundation or 2" bunky boards.He gave me Angies cell number ************ to send photos of underside of bed frame. 5/11/24 - Called Popular Mattress about box springs. Asked to speak to ******. ***** said he was off. She would send him an e-mail to call me on the following Monday. He did not call me.** Several calls were made to Popular Mattress that same week. ***** told me she would e-mail our salesman *************************** to call me. This same conversation took place several times. To my knowledge, she e-mailed him 2 times to call me. I did not receive a call. On 5/20/24, took box springs to Popular Mattress. ***** told us she could not accept the box springs without permission. **************** home.Received call at 2:27pm. They would give us a full return to bring box springs back to PM. Received call at 5:16pm from *****. They would not be able to give us a refund nor store credit due to a tag missing on one of the box springs and a small blemish on one of the corners where a cardboard transit cover had fallen off thus creating the blemish.
