Business ProfileforFinance Factory

I was attempting to secure a loan for my small business and Finance Factory popped up. They are only a 3rd party service to put you in touch with and handle some paperwork with the Lenders. They don't come straight out and tell you that though. I'm ok with paying a business for their service, I signed their contract which in it they tell you that you can't attempt to obtain funding from any Lender they try to put you in touch with. All of this is fine except the Finance Factory rep (and I recorded this phone call) instructed me that I must lie to the first lender he wanted to attempt a loan with (***) stating that I did not own a company yet. I immediately questioned the motive and dug deeper. The FF rep also said I couldn't talk to the lender without first contacting him if the lender reached out. The reps excuse was that I needed to be "prepped" and coached to ensure I'm saying all the right things to get the funding I want at the best rate etc.... I either qualify or I don't. I don't need to dress it up as anything different than what it is. I've emailed them in writing to terminate the contract and informed them of this complaint.
