We had an excellent experience with KitchenSaver from beginning to end. We first met with Caitlin the sales representative. She spent three hours with us explaining all the options available and answering all of our questions. She was extremely thorough and we never felt rushed. Once we agreed to have the work done, communication from the company was excellent. They kept us informed weekly on the status of our order in regard to manufacture and procurement of all the required materials. They also established a tentative start date and kept us informed of meeting that date. On the start date of the job the installer, Tim Mitchell arrived at the agreed time. Tim is a really nice guy and an excellent craftsman. He didn’t just come rushing in with tools and start tearing things apart. He went over the contract with us in detail so that we were all on the same page in regard to the exact work to be performed. Tim is very organized and very thorough. The kitchen was cleaned up every day and his tools and materials stored in such a way as we were able to use the kitchen in the evening. The completed work was excellent! We would go so far as to say it exceeded our expectations! Tim addressed any questions we had and went over all the working of the doors, drawers, pull outs, etc. We will say that KitchenSaver is a very professional company with knowledgeable sales, great office communication and skilled craftsmen!
