              I am unable to contact Vector security to report a failure (entry door open showing on my panel while the door is closed). Make me wonder if they are monitoring my house for real. They certainly get their pay on time from my account every month with a few small increases over the year.               We are a company located in NW DC and used this company to get a quote for security cameras and to see what new system would suit our property. They charged us over $2500 to do a survey of our existing cameras but never provided us the proposal that was in October 2020. I had been trying to contact the Sales person for months via email and phone. His voicemail was always full. Finally, I got through to the office and spoke with Wendy she told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Mr. G****, the salesmen who can out initially we found out he retired, then spoke with Mr. Wayne B***** via our management company sent him all the paper work and emails and now he's not returning our calls or emails. What kind of company is this??? So unprofessional

              So we have now turned all the information over to our attorney. I hope no one encounters this company. This is absolutely terrible to go through.
