I have experience with legal match very good response, but I just kind of been had by a attorney because he definitely was not very personable and I understand were professional but this case was very very sensitive and we end up giving him up couple hundred when we know that we were, we were our money and not saying lawyers are not Worthy of their told him where we were and we without a receipt, we end up giving him some money because we wanted him to be at the court and he said he eventually needed to really look at the case but he told me Ive been doing it for 30 years. We gave him the background on top with him so we thought he was at least gonna go to court then he said he was gonna reach out and talk to us. He never did and now I have the text message and information , ** trying to figure out what do we do to get our $300 ***be that *** not be much to you all but we need that money so that we can hire the lawyer that they did that with we definitely was we were desperate Attorney *****************************Review from Donald P

I am not happy with the text messages containing links and emails - containing a links asking if you spoke with a lawyer. I do not click on links like this for security reasons.

I had a lawyer in Legal Match that I talked to about a situation involving my family member ( without going into any detail) I talked to him and he gave me some great advice but wanted to speak to my mom who was unavailable at the time, he stated that he would call back at 5 pm and never did ( this was at the end of January) I emailed him a few days later and said he'd get into contact with me that upcoming Monday/Tuesday and never did I hear from him and my post on their site had expired. I'm beginning to wonder if any of these people are trustworthy. I really need legal advice/ help wirh my situation!LegalMatch Response

We see your LegalMatch case was reviewed by two attorneys, one of which posted a response and offered a free initial consultation. You apparently did speak with this attorney for free, after which they marked their response as "expired", which usually means they are no longer interested in your case. We do not know what you spoke about, or why the attorney reached the conclusion they did. But based on the current situation, it does not appear any LegalMatch attorney is interested in your case. IF YOU ARE AN ATTORNEY AND ARE CONTACTED BY LEGALMATCH DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!!! Their salespeople show you a fruadulent sample lead section then when you sign up all the leads are cleared and very few come in. Maybe 5 a week and none of them are vetted for ability to pay. **********************!!!!!I'm sure they will respond by stating they are doing their best to work with me. They have actually suggested I change fields after ********************************************************************************* Then they want to charge me even more $ for an "upgrade." Legalmatch is a total scam and will not let you walk away from a contract when there is absolutely NO CONSIDERATION on their end and they are provided proof of it. You are incompetent. I created an account (username and password) but it's not working. Every attempt to view my account says I've input an incorrect username or password. Unfortunately, that prevents me from utilizing this utility. Endless spam from LegalMatch asking for updates is not competence. No customer service utility is not competent. What a waste of time. I'm trying to find an attorney to represent me in my civil case against another attorney, and the only law firm to respond is the attorney I'm suing.LegalMatch Response

Was referred by legal match to an attny in the ** area who also practices in *******. He collected ******* payment and has yet to complete the task . Every time I text him or speak to him he promises next week next week next week as of today he has stopped answeringLegalMatch Response

Normally we would encourage you to reach out to our client relations department, who can call the attorney on your behalf and often informally resolve the issue. But this attorney is no longer a member of our service, so you will have to instead reach out to the ********** **************** They will launch a formal inquiry into your matter, and sanction the attorney if they find he behaved inappropriately.
