              I ordered this product because a friend recommended it for my truck. I checked on the status and it says delivered at mailbox. I live in a rural area that all mailboxes are next to each other. 4 of them. I can see my house from my mailbox. I've had Amazon delivered to my house weekly and **** and all packages are left on the porch. I asked the seller to look into the delivery and they respond. ("See attached.") I called Amazon, since they claim them as a preferred vendor, to help me figure this out. They call the vendor and was rude to the rep and then send me a very unprofessional message. Basically claiming I'm a thief. Really? Over $36? I will make it my life's goal to put a review on every platform possible on my experience.

              We appreciate ******* as a Amazon customer and truly hope we can do business again. Unfortunately it appears that the shipment we sent to him was stolen or misplaced by the shipping company and we have shipped ******* a replacement. When Amazon advised us that ******* did not get his shipment, Amazon asked us to send ******* the tracking information. In this type of circumstance we also ask our customers with lost shipments to ask their neighbors if they got their package in error. Once we found out that ******* did all this we sent him his replacement. Unfortunately in the world of internet purchasing, theft and misplaced shipments happen. We do our best to resolve these issues to the satisfaction of our customers ASAP. We absolutely do not think ******* is a thief. ******* is an upstanding and honest customer which we highly value. Thank you *******!
