************ had exceptional customer service while they were trying to get us to sign up for service. At the time we were a small company taking over a much larger, more established hospital and we asked that the current be place under our name for billing purposes. I spoke with ***************************** and let her know that our veterinary software will be able to do everything that ************ did for the previous hospital but that it would not be up and running for several months. We asked that the current offerings be available to us during that time and that we would call to cancel when we were up and running. I have been trying to call for almost a month with no response. I have spoken with a customer service representative named ********* on several occasions and each time she says she will send a message to the manager. I have also spoke with **************** rep ******* on one occasion and was told that our original account manager is no longer with the company but that the concern has already been escalated to our previous account managers manager. Still, after 8 documented calls, not a single person is available to take my call or to return my call to help give direction on an account cancellation. Just another way the company is stealing money from small business.
