Run away !!! I reported stolen credit card 2 hours after it happened. But it was charged ~$8K in Target obviously it was a fraud. Instead of stopping the transaction they said no worries you will get it back once its processed in the system. Long story short in 2 months they said they found no fraud so I get no return. You also can't talk to anyone. Just file a form. Nothing else.I will go to court to get my money back.Review from David F

My business credit card was fraudulently charged 54 times with a total of $4,884.26. I called the bento customer service and they said they will issue a credit back and follow up with an investigation. After one week no one followed up with me and I had to call back again, their customer service sent me a form that I needed to fill out so they can continue with their security process which I sent the same day specifying each and every transaction as appear on the card statement. They told me that will take 3 to 5 business days and of course, no one followed up again. When I called back to customer service they were acting like this is so tiny and they are more important stuff going on and I need to keep waiting up to 90 days, with no answer or updates about my dispute, just be patient they said, It's just money. Signed up for Bento for my small business. Their onboarding rep asked how I would use the service. I explained in detail over a 30 minute call. I then funded my account and used a single virtual card for the exact purpose I described to ******* and they instantly suspended my account and will not reinstate it. Continuous run around from poor customer service and absolutely useless answers when you try to get some. Avoid this company at all costs!Review from Charles H

**************** and tech support are worthless. They are bored and impatient, and blame the account holder for any issues that arise from their service. They rush you off the phone as fast as possible instead of bothering to look up any information on their end. The cards work well 90% of the time, so that's good at least. Our business has been using their service for over a year now, and as i said for the most part it works... until there is an error on their end. So they get 2 stars instead of 1.
