Ive tried multiple VOIP companies and this has been the worst experience because of RingCentrals lack of integrity.Sales representative *************************** sold me a 30 days trial with RingCentral. I shared with him that am currently with DialPad do not like the texting features on the app, so I was interested in TRYING out RingCentral but will only switch over if I find that the texting features are better than what I currently use. He assured me that I could try the service FREE of charge for 30 days BEFORE making a decision. He even said that if my campaign for SMS messaging isn't approved before the 30 days are up then he would honor an ADDITIONAL 30-day trial to try the service. My SMS Messaging ***** work until the 30 days were up, so I called to request a trial extension as it was promised to me. This is when I found out I was on a ************************************************************ addition, they stated they wouldnt charge me for the next 30 days but my card was still charged the following week.Ive been requesting for them to remove this contract and they refuse to do it even though the sales representative lied about me being able to try the service first. Theyre saying they cant do anything because Im past my 30 days but the first time I requested to get the contract removed it was still within the first days. I keep asking to speak to someone else to help me with this issue and they keep saying theres nobody else that can help. Judging by the other reviews, they do this often! Im still with DialPad and have a contract with RingCentral now. ******* and Grasshopper never gave me these problems.
