Having purchased a ** System from Culligan along with a bi-monthly soft water system a couple years ago, I had them come out and change the filters on the ** system under the sink. I was quoted $75 to have a technician come out and change the filters, along with the technicians name who would arrive on scheduled service date. After he had performed the scheduled work, there was a loud humming noise that he could not stop and said a party would need to be replaced. The charge for the filters changed after he did the work was $188 (not the $75 I was quoted)! He called the office and they said they do not give amounts of the final price. Thatsa bait and switch since I was not given that information initially and he had already done the work! Also, he never informed the office that there was a problem. The office then said I would have to post for the technician to come back out and fix it (it was working perfectly until he worked on it)! Ive asked several times to speak with a manager and heard nothing. Culligan had removed my soft water tank in 8/20 but sent me an invoice for Sept. I called asking them to not charge me (which they did charge me). I called again and asked to speak with s as manager! She finally contacted me and would look into the situation. I will be credited back my monthly charge but as far as the ** system, nothing was resolved. If you deal with this company, I highly suggest you get everything in writing!!! The girls in the office are very unprofessional and has not even told the manager of the issue until I called again for the monthly charge. The manager also stated if u want the ** system fixed, there would be a cost to have it repaired. Never will I do business with a company who cannot give you correct pricing information in writing or stand by their products!
