after being diagnosed with aggressive cancer 12/2020,being captivated with frantic concerns with putting things in order for my wife.one thing I was concerned about was reporting a stock distribution to the *** I know now it's not necessary untell you sell the stock.because of a talk show endorsement I called Top TAX Defenders.Alex ********* told me to bring $5,000 and it will be taken care of.I told him that was more than I would owe and I havn't received a letter yet.Alex said not to wait for a letter being over concerned in my situation made an unfair $5,000 insignificant,after bringing the check Regina Nelson called later and said there is nothing to report so,when I went to retrieve it back someone said to Regina from outside the office where I could hear give him 3 tax returns being frozen and feeling obligated for involving them I went along but expressed it wasn't right after bringing my tax info.I again complained and said I should get at least 25% back. a check for$1,250 was given I said I should have asked for more, no response($1,250 per return with 2 being unnecessary) when I went to *** ***** 4/2024 without charging me they said I don't need to file this year,which is the same as the last 2 years I knew this was wrong from the beginning I just didn't know how obviously clear it was when talking to Alex 4/2024 he said we've done a lot for you and you agreed,and Regina said if I had a resolution 3 tax returns and peace of mind I would be happy also last year Rigina said they charge $500 per return this year 2024 she said $750 per return.when I mentioned last year she said it goes up every year.she also never could give me documents for what was done,and said a lawyer may have talked 3 straight hours to the *** because I believe * *** ********* I called 6 tax firms about distributions 4 never called back 1 said what we do is resolve tax disputes 1 called and said if I report this year there is nothing to worry about.I did not reveal desperation

this is a follow up with the review I previously gave about being franticly concerned about putting things in order for my wife after receiving an aggressive cancer diagnosis on 12/2020 I mentioned I gave $5,000 to Top Tax Defenders for an unnecessary tax resolution the reason for this follow up is to say I left out a lot of details in the review because I was not allowed enough word characters ( 2000 max letters and spaces per review ) so when you read the review that matches this follow up realize the lack of concern is at least as mentioned, and there was more I could say about the experience.

Mr. **** engaged Top Tax (TT) in December 2020. A thorough review of his case was completed by TT which included calling the IRS, completing an IRS consult, and ordering transcripts. After many conversations and meetings with Mr. **** over the course of 5 months Mr. **** and TT agreed he did not need the services he originally engaged for but TT would agree to do future tax returns and refund Mr. **** $1250. Mr. **** agreed and a refund was for $1250 was mailed to him. It is important to note that during this 5 months Top Tax would have many conversations with Mr. **** to discuss his various tax questions. Subsequently, in 2021 TT completed his 2020 return. In 2022 TT completed the 2021 tax return and in 2023, TT completed the 2022 tax return. Now in 2024, Mr. **** is asking for a further refund!? Mr. **** fails to understand the time that TT has expended on his case due to the number of phone calls with him over 3 years and his unscheduled office visits. Furthermore, it is in extreme bad faith to continue to utilize Top Tax for two additional years and then ask for a further refund three years later. We are sorry we cannot provide a further refund to Mr. **** at this time.
