            I placed an order for a signal booster and once received was unable to install it in my home(it was not explained that the exterior part needed to be about 20 feet above the interior part when I purchased it). It was not removed from the package and I paid to ship it back to the address on their instructions. I called and verified return instructions before sending. It came back to my *** ***** as “not at this address”. I called and got a different return address from signal booster and paid again to ship it back. I had been over a month and despite numerous calls and emails I have gotten no refund or response

            DO NOT DO IT!!!!! I just about got ripped off 600 $!!!! They wait til your payment is approved and then they 'cancel' your order but don't cancel payment, naturally ... then you will be lied to about what is happening to your money/ signal booster, I got multiple stories. She really had the audacity to tell my husband a new tracking number was sent to me via email and it WAS NOT bc she was trying to get him off the phone! Refused to cooperate until I got my credit card company on her @$$ then she sent a basic email stating she processed a refund, but sent no proof whatsoever!? Who does THAT?! well now my credit card company's fraud center is investigating them (have fun with that scam artist). I.am.not.the.one.... they lie and lie and try to convince you to continue to to allow them to send your booster/items and keep never sending it! It conveniently got canceled ... usually if an order is canceled the PAYMENT is refused. They accepted the payment and thought they would get away with telling my husband there was nothing they could do he would need to call back another time?! Really? You own the supposed business as an authorized dealer?! How can you do nothing? They have Noone on the phones but claim to have 24 hour customer service. When they finally do answer you hear kids screaming in the back ground ? It is NOT A BUSINESS ... SAVE YOURSLEF THE STRESS AND DONT DO IT! ORDER elsewhere, plenty of legit businesses sell these boosters!
