Had the pleasure of working with Universal Home Experts today to replace/install a new kitchen faucet. I was amazed at how quickly a technician reached my home after the initial call. Universal sent both a text and email with a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. I was extremely impressed with that info. Most of all, they sent Gus. Can't say enough good things about Gus. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, put on booties before coming in the house and explained each step of the install. Plumbing isn't cheap these days but I feel Universal and Gus gave me a better deal than some of their competitors. Thanks Gus for a job well done.Review from Mike P
