              EZ Floors refuses to provide me with a proper invoice. I am only requesting that they fill out their own paperwork properly. Their own paperwork as they themselves designed it. Most of the information is missing. Only the name of the products used and the grand total, which I paid in full. E Z Floor knew that I was going to submit their invoice to Allstate at the time of purchase. Currently, my insurance company, Allstate is denying my claim solely based on the incomplete paperwork provide by E Z Floors. The job was finished on December 15, 2022. Mark ***** is the sale person. I talked to him a few times regarding this matter and he only pretends to be confused. Last week he informed me that all of our correspondence has been deleted from his computer and phone.

              I used EZ Floors for my granite countertops almost 2 years ago. I was happy with the work at the time, but like many things that's only the first hurdle. My sink started to sag in the middle so I tried to look into the DIY options and found it would be quite expensive to do it myself, i.e. I'd need to buy tools I didn't have to do it. I got suited up, slapped myself around to get ready and walked into my EZ Floors location ready for a fight. I didn't care that it was memorial day, my sink didn't care either and I couldn't use it. Jafar wasn't there, but I was put in touch with him immediately. Still ready for a fight, I put him on speaker in the store hoping to scare anyone else away if they didn't treat me right. Keeping it short, I had a guy at my house within 1 hour, fixed within 2 hrs, and I'm now leaving this review because nowadays if you don't leave a review your thanks doesn't count.
