Recently, my home to be re-piped inside and outside. The Abacus team handled this situation in a professional manner and were all very knowledgable, pleasant and patient with me. The job was completed efficiently and with as little inconvenience to me as possible. This was no small undertaking! Very friendly upon first contact, conversation on what happened thur my eyes I explained what we did.he immediately started troubleshooting the situation. Working with Abacus was so easy. I called Thursday evening and was able to get an appointment Friday morning. The customer service representative was great. Aaron called me 45 minutes before the start of my window and arrived timely. He took pictures, explained the issue, and provided a quote within 5 minutes.
