I went to Trademark Engine's website to assist me with a Trademark during the summer of 2023. I sent them an email on July 2, 2023 asking for a cancellation and refund. I was unable to speak to a person when I attempted to contact them via phone and I sent several emails asking for a refund. Weeks turned into months and I heard nothing from this company regarding the services I purchased. Finally, I did get through to a live person when I phone them and asked for an update on the services I purchased. This individual informed me that it was "on hold" because they had not received payment. I informed him that they had deducted $248.00 and $59.00, respectively, from my bank account on July 1, 2023, yet he said they did not have any money from me. I requested a refund, to which he responded, "I can only refund $59.00." I demanded the entire $307.00, but was denied. No services were rendered and I am now out $307.00, which I am now pursuing a full refund for. I have filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General and I will pursue further action if needed.
