              Store did not have an item I ordered for delivery. However, Caseys delivery system is through DoorDash. Therefore, dasher was unable to cancel that item and store claims they were unable to make changes or refund me. Each company blames the other.

              Went to the store just to pick up some snacks and decided to grab a six pack of alcohol on the way out. When I handed my ID over the cashier immediately started yelling at me saying that it was fake. They told me I had to leave immediately or they would call the police. What kind of ******** customer service is that? I already contacted Casey's directley without a response. So I guess they stand behind their employees wrongfully threatening customers with the police and screaming at them in the middle of the store.

              We apologize for this experience. We have shared your concerns with Caseys leadership team and address them appropriately to ensure we are providing the best possible experience at our stores.
              Our team members must follow federal, state, and local guidelines to sell age restricted products.  There are many factors we consider when selling.  Failure to comply could result in fines and loss of licenses and for our team members.
