On April 28th, 2022 Andrews Roofing worked at replacing my roof due to hail damage. They started early morning and worked until 10:00 PM in the dark. In the process they damaged my soffits and facia on hip sides of front and back dormers. They also removed rodent spikes when I specifically asked them not to, they agreed, but then removed them anyway, then reinstalled them incorrectly, which allowed racoons to come and nest in the soffits! They also rested ladders against the gutters which bent the rain filters, causing them to look damaged and unsightly. As homeowners, we worked at repairing these ourselves. I would also like to mention I picked up one hundred and fifty-five nails left in the grass and driveway, which also caused a flat tire on my own personal vehicle. I have plenty of pictures for proof and have also contacted ************************* (owner), first in May to let him know I was displeased. He said I should go ahead and have the repairs done and he would pay me something. The work was completed, so on December 9th, 2022 I sent ******* the bill along with a letter and plenty of pictures. They have not responded in any fashion, which has been almost eight weeks. I would like to add that they have done work for me in the past, and it was excellent, but over the years as they have gotten busier the quality of workmanship has diminished greatly. I am hoping that they will make restitution for the loss I have incurred. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
