            Currently leasing a condo at ************************** for daughters that are attending the University**********. Have leased the condo for over 2 years. Utility fees billed to the unit have been excessive. I've communicated concerns to Priority Submetering on several occasions indicating that charges do not reflect actual usage. Charges for 2 bedroom condo exceed what I pay for a detached 4 bedroom home in Toronto. The unit has been vacant for over 6 weeks and I received a bill for over $200. I have requested that they send a technician to inspect the meter that is associated with the unit. I have indicated that they may shut the power down at their convenience to check for leakage and to inspect their equipment. I believe it is their responsibility to have their equipment in good working order. Current consumption is a refrigerator and any air conditioning costs to the unit once temperature exceeds 24 degrees celsius, as per thermostat setting. Have records to show consumption.
