On Feb. 3 2024 I bought a round trip 'flex' ticket with Flight Network to Mexico and back to Toronto. * *** ***** ** **** * ******** *** *** ** **** ******* ** * ******** ****** I didn't know when I'd return, ** ** *** ***** ** ******* ** **** **** ** ******* **** So I also bought ******** Cancellation insurance. My receipt email said I'd get my insurance policy emailed to me shortly but I never received it. My relative passed away on February 16th, and I had a few flights booked/cancelled/rescheduled since then, with 2 other agencies. I spent so many hours calling and chatting with Flight Network and ********, and both of them keep blaming the other one for me never receiving a policy. I paid about $200 in total for cancellation insurance, and I had to eat the loss of almost $400 for a return flight I never took, ******* * *** **** ** ******** ** * ******** when the flight took off. I've never seen such horrible service in my life, no accountability, no sympathy. * ****** ***** ***** *** ***** *** ***** **** **** ****** *******. How can you sell insurance policies, and never actually issue them or ensure they are issued? *** ******* **** *** *** ******* *** ** ** ***** *** **** Flight Network, continuously saying I need to call ******** ******* **** ****** ******* and ******** keeps saying they 'can't find the policy' even though they have my email receipt from Flight Network saying I bought the insurance. A supervisor from ******** is supposed to call me in the next 3 days as I escalated this on their end, since Flight Network just keeps saying it's ********** fault. (it's Flight Network that took my money). The agents were un professional and miss informed me several times. Finally ended up with changing my initial reservation to a very inconvenient flight and also had to pay extra service fee to thus site!!Review from Gabriella W

I recently purchased two multi-city ******* tickets with Flight Network. I saw their advertised airfare is basically the same as what ******* listed, so I decided to go ahead with Flight Network since I need to make two separate transactions with *******. Flight Network charged me C$394.61 for the two tickets (including seat and check bags selection). After completing *******’s verification process, I can log into my *******’s account and notice the total price of my two tickets is only Euro 188.28 (approx. C$278 based on exchange rate of 1 Euro = 1.477 C$). The price difference is C$116.61 (or 42%), which is quite significant given the total price of my two tickets is only C$278. I realize the discrepancy lies in the charges for “Seat Selection” and “Check Bags Selection”. Overall, Flight Network charged 42% more than ******* in these two categories, which is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I called Customer Service of Flight Network, but the agent said there is nothing he could do since I’ve already booked and paid for the tickets. He even refused to transfer me to the Supervisor when I want to find out why their costs for “Seat Selection” and “Check Bags Selection” are significantly higher than *******’s. I’ve booked with other online travel platforms before, but their prices more or less align with that of the airlines. I’ve never come across such a big price discrepancy of 42% before. ******* ** **** ********* on November 4th trying to reach the *********** website. Suspecting I was re-directed to a phishing site. Throughout the conversation I made it clear to the person who answered the call ( caller ID shows to be a Quebec number *** ****** ***** ******* ** *****) that I believed I was dealing with *********** agent for a required flight itinerary change. At no time did he state he was with Flight Network. In the end I paid $213 for a 'service' I never received and judging by the other entries here have little chance of recovering those ****** funds from FN.Review from Mohd Fakhrur Razi J

** **** *** * ******** we're not able to board yesterday (27/10/23) flight *** - Brussels due to tickets error. 24 hours waiting for ticket replacement. Not resolve yet. Customer service not helping much, kept us waiting even we reached at checkin counter 4 hours from the schedule. Will update the outcome. Their system categorised my children as "Child" (auto select when you key in DOB) while Airlines recognised as "Adults". So they didn't allow to checked in and ask Flightnetwork to resolve the issue. I expect Flightnetwork be responsible and replace my tickets since it's the failure of their system. Will update if they settle this properly. I already lost 24 hours and might continue waiting another 24 hours.Review from Jenny T

******** ***** *** ****** ** ******* ****** ******* ** ***** ********** A WHOLE WEEK we've been calling back and forth. They keep messing up one thing after another! They refuse to accept responsibility. They now refuse to get us a supervisor!!! They cancelled our entire two week trip by accident and didn't tell us! Mistake after mistake, they finally got us a flight rescheduled but now they added a $500 taxes fee to our rebooking, without telling us!! And they won't do anything about it! Thank god we got that info from the airline since flight Network HID that info from us. We'd be stuck at the airport since we don't just have $500! The story could go on for hours about how ***** they have been. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Review from Yunue C

I bought a ticket with them almost 2 years ago, I had to cancel because I got COVID. I contacted the airline to cancel my ticket because flight network wouldn't do it for me, the airline was very nice and in no time they replied they had refunded the amount to Flight network. On February 11, 2023, I made a flight reservation through Flight Network for a trip scheduled on September 26, 2023, with the booking reference ******. Little did I know that this seemingly straightforward booking would spiral into a series of distressing events. The nightmare began when, on July 16, 2023, I received an email informing me of the cancellation of my flight and my eligibility for a refund. Flight Network's email stated that a refund of CAD $1949.52 had been processed, with the promise that it would be credited back to my original form of payment. However, as of today's date, this refund remains nothing more than a mirage. It has not found its way into my Flight Network account, and I have received no communication regarding its status. My attempts to seek resolution have led me to engage with Flight Network's customer care representatives on four separate occasions over the past week. Each interaction has left me more exasperated and emotionally drained than the last. Despite their assurances and empty promises of escalating the matter to their credit department, there has been no tangible resolution or even a hint of a clear timeframe for the refund. The lack of information and progress has been nothing short of infuriating. In conclusion, my experience with Flight Network has been an utter disaster. I am left with a canceled flight, a missing refund, and a profound sense of disillusionment. I am filing this review in the hopes that it will serve as a stark warning to others who may consider using Flight Network's services. Customer service should be a hallmark of any reputable booking agency, but in this case, it has been a glaring failure. I strongly advise potential travelers to exercise caution and explore alternative options when making travel arrangements. We booked a flight to Europe, scheduled for the end of August, with Flight Network. which included a direct flight home to Montreal. A few weeks later, we recieved an email telling us that our direct flight had been changed to one with a 10-hour overnight layover inBrussels. We called Flight Netwok and were informed that we could get our initial direct flight back. That was untrue. As no confirmation was recieved, we wrote tham an email four days later. Even though our original direct flight was still advertised on their web site, they wrote that it was not available. Again, a false statement. The next day we called and were informed that the direct flight was not available. Given that I was staring at their web site, I responded that the flight was advertised, Got some mumbo-jumbo and another "Not avaiable." I then requested other flights shown on the FN website and was told, with no time taken to consult the computer, that these other flights were also "not available". These were clerly lies as our original direct fligth and the others requested were clearly advertised as being available. We eventually got back our initial direct flight home by calling the ******** airline directly. The long distance call did cost us forty dollars.
