            Scheduled with CSW, LLC… The chimney sweep no-showed. I called the company ‘operator/call center’ and the lady said she’d check status of arrival time and “call me right back”. After waiting an hour for “a call right back”, I attempted to call them for status update. My call went straight to voice message 5 separate times over the next 45 minutes. This company completely Ghosted me. Thereby they demonstrated lack of reliability and integrity. They got poor reviews on Yelp… that should have been a sign.

            Mike, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused you. When, we showed up at your neighbors home with the new baby, and the new grandmother said we would need to reschedule. Our Mistake and we hope that you will accept our apology and give us the opportunity to service your chimney in the future.

            I received a call days later that CSW accidentally went to another home. It’d been best (most professional) to complete the follow through directly with me but apparently that isn’t covered in their protocol. The good news is that I found another company to service my chimney (TN Fireplace & Chimney) and they communicated throughout every step of the process either by calls or text... right up to the knock on my door. They provided a thorough inspection and cleaning… Plus, they were less expensive. So, everything worked out super well and in the end it appears to have been a blessing how things went down. So, all is forgiven and forgotten.
