**********************, we are sorry to hear about this situation. You contacted us on 4-22-24 and hired us to do a compliance call and collections hold for your back tax issue. Once you signed the agreement and paid, we immediately contacted the *** on your behalf on 4-22-24, and negotiated 30-day collections hold on the over $90,0000 in back taxes you owed.
We also pulled your Account Transcripts and Wage and Income transcripts in order to provide you a complete explanation of your severe back tax issue and the extreme collections situation you were in.
Your collection hold is valid until 5-22-24, we highly recommend you getting yourself protected due the large amount owed to the ***.
Twelve days after we completed the compliance call and collections hold you requested your money back. We did everything we agreed to and more, but you wanted a refund.
I am not sure why you would hire a company, sign a legal and binding contract and then demand a refund after they have done the work you wanted them to?
That said, if any person at our company spoke to you in the way you are claiming, EVEN after you tried to cancel after all contracted work was done, that is 100% unacceptable.
