              Best customer service I've had in years. The Langley Showroom is quite unassuming, but don't let that **** you. Needed an ergonomic desk chair, so booked an apt. with Ember at the Langley showroom, with covid protocols in place. She went above and beyond to help me select the perfect chair for my needs by asking the right questions, and providing suitable demos for me to try out. She gathered and took photos of physical swatches from their Vancouver location the next day and emailed me, so I could have a clearer idea of what the fabric options looked like in real life. Settled on a ********** ******* ******** chair which is no small investment, and she helped me obtain the best price for my custom build. Absolutely fantastic experience, recommend this business both for enterprise and personal needs. Value, quality, and going the extra mile to get it right are so rare today I'll be a returning customer.
