      I got a car loan through them with a reference from metropolitan Ford. Worst banking mistake of my life. The only way I can make a payment is to come to the branch and pay cash. The closest branch is a 40 minute drive. It would be nice if the online payment system worked or they took debit cards over the phone, but that isn’t the case. Instead it takes a while before I have time to drive to the branch and sometimes on a Saturday I show up a couple minutes after the branch has shut down for the day. There is a worker there that likes to harass me whenever there is a late payment, Joe is his name and his supervisor is Anne. He is rude likes to start conversations off by sharing his opinions, give no solutions and then hangs up. One time even hung up just as I answered the phone. When he hangs up he reports it as me hanging up on him. His supervisor supports his gorilla tactics and his lack of customer care. Both should be fired in my opinion… I will say that since they like to share their opinions of calling me poor and full of excuses. The only bank that I know that doesn’t accept debit cards over the phone and has a broken online system. Thank you for the hassle and thank you for the harassment… please don’t ever call me again unless you have something positive to say.

TopLine does offer alternative remote options in making your loan payment, rather than in-person at one of TopLines five branch locations, these include: through our online and mobile banking, establishing reoccurring electronic automatic payments from a TopLine account or another financial institution, setting up bill payment, or over the phone using your checking account and routing number. Additionally, we are part of the shared branching network, which allows you to visit another credit union closer to your location that is in the network to make your payment in-person; you can visit ********************************************************************** and input your location to identity another credit union (please note you will need to identify yourself as a TopLine Financial Credit Union member, provide your member account number and present a valid photo I.D.).       The worst banking experience I came across in my life after banking with them for over five years. I applied for a car loan $18,000 and was willing to put down $7000 and finance the remaining balance of $11,000 and my credit score was 702 points according to the banker by the name Tiffany Hass but yet still my application was declined for two reasons. She said I missed two payment from one financial institution for December and January that was the reason the application was declined. See did ask me about that two missed payment's during the application process and it was well explained to her, that I made a payment arrangement with them during the hardship time and they acknowledged the agreement and I was asked to pay $200 plus which I agreed and them to withdrew it from my account and the the money was taken as agreed. in January they asked me to pay extra $78 which was not part of our agreement and I didn't go with it, end of January I received a email alert from credit karma that I have a late payment on one of my account so after checking that I was mad I know what this financial institutions can do to your credit and I'm a person who want to have a good credit and maintain it for my life so for that being the case I decided to work hard a little bit pay the whole $8,000 right away so that was explained to this Tiffany and yet still the loan was declined. Over eleven accounts for the past five years never missed a single payments and all those credit cards and store cards were all paid in full and only one card was left with 1,200 dollars, it a big surprise for the declined of the application, because even the $7000 should tell you that this person is not a threat to the bank, but when someone has no idea in a business entity that's the way they act and as a matter of facts I once had a car loan with them personal loan twice and all of them are paid in full credit card bill was all paid in full and all in timely manner, now I have other personal loan with them that I've been paying for over one year I never get defaulted on it. I think as a smart person you need to check in to factors when making decisions. Another email that I received from her is my income should be $80,000 inorder to get car loan am wondering if she is even making half of that. Wonders shall never stop happening.
