    On June 21, 2023, I submitted my application and the $45 application fee. Had a meeting on June 27 at 10 am, which was labeled as a "tour," but was not. It focused on paperwork, unit selection, and I brought in a $500 initial deposit via a money order. The same day, I received an email approving my application with conditions. This included a $647 deposit ($500 standard + $147 extra), with flexibility for the additional $147 to be paid before my move-in date. I promptly arranged for the $647 deposit, which was delivered on July 7th.I reached out on July 19th, July 24th and August 2nd, receiving confirmation that things were progressing, pending verification from my current landlord. A call on August 8th revealed my qualification was still under review, which confused me a bit because I was told I was approved with conditions. I have since then left voicemails inquiring further about the move-in details of the apartment.I left a voicemail with someone above them, as well as emailed again asking for updates and was then told "Peregrine Thu, Aug 17, 4:26?PM (6 days ago)to simonemosley93 Hello, Thank you for showing interest in Peregrine Apartments in ***********! At this time, all apartments that you would potentially qualify for, have all been applied for at this time. Please follow up periodically via this email chain as apartment availability could change."Which made no sense as I was approved, paid TWO deposits, and even picked my unit. I am now getting vague answers, on top of still not getting my money back and may be tkaing legal action if this vague, lack of response continues.

    This is the worst management company I have ever heard of and dealt with my entire life they do not care about your well-being or your safety. Do not rent from any of their apartment complexes I have documentation I have a horrible customer service safety issues they don’t care about your well-being and wherever you go you will never be heard. You are not moving into an environment that they care about your well-being your investment nor even call a home. Stay away from every building that is run by this management company. I have nothing good to say about this company through my experience and experiences in life this is the worst experience that one can even imagine your house is supposed to be your home your home is supposed to be your house you’re supposed to be safe and it’s supposed to be maintained You will get lipservice and you will be told amenities that do not exist for instance security broken windows weed in the hallways drug deals outside the building parties in the pool with glass everywhere no supervision nothing. All they care about is their rent they don’t care about your well-being I have facts I have evidence to provide. Broken garage door still yet to be fixed still charging you $125 a month no such thing as security in the building to break and not to mention there was a shooting across the street for the last four weeks we’ve been told we’ve had security when we downed. Broken windows in the building that have never been repaired but yet offer to pay the tenants air conditioning meanwhile he’s got plastic in his window it goes on and on. Do not be a victim of this management company.
