    My Husband **** and I hired Nashville Cat. to do some home repairs after the tornados on 03/24/2021. 1st thing that happened was a tree fell and took our power line down from the side of the house and since I work from home, we couldn't wait days for the power to be restored. We paid out of pocket to have the power pole put back up the next morning and it was notated that we would be reimbursed the $850. Insurance adjuster come out, completed scope of damage and issued the 1st check. We took it to the bank and had them sign it over to Nashville Cat to get started on the repairs needed. Our contact, ***********************************, drug the repairs out for months and was only focused on getting the roof replaced/paid for in full. We still have one job that needs to be done that the insurance company has paid them for, and they refuse to complete the job saying we were "writing it off", which is untrue. We did not want a 2x2 hole left in our bedroom wall. We finally contacted a managing partner in ******** to resolve the problem. He told us that due to a personal emergency he was going to issue us a check for the $926.22 for the power pole and unfinished wall job and told us that they issue refunds on the 11th of each month, all in email. That was supposed to be issued May 11th and we never received the check. I have contacted them several times and he emails the "accounting" person with no response. I want my money back, the *** insurance fraud they are committing documented, the money for a job they never completed. One of their subcontractors stole the old power pole cables and we had to recover those. ******* also admitted he mixed our paperwork up with another job's and we have yet to get an updated price sheet and they have not sent in the certificate of completion to our insurance company. No one will answer phone calls or respond to emails.

    Nashville catastrophe replaced my roof about a 1 1/2 years ago. Before they replaced my roof I had my gutter guards put up. When speaking with my project manager (Quenten) who was excellent , he assured me they would be put back up. However, I noticed some mesh was hanging from my roof. I contacted Quenten and he had someone to come by and put up what I thought was my original gutter guards back in place. I had someone to go up and exam my gutters and was told they were partially done and mostly with mesh. Quenten have recently relocated to Texas so he contacted TJ to get this rectified. TJ responded about 3 weeks later and have promised me twice that he'll be out to take care of it. As of today, he haven't showed up and will not respond to my messages. I notified Quenten and he has reached out to another party to get this rectified. The lack of communication from TJ is ridiculous!! However, Is was a pleasure working with Quenten and hopefully he can get this rectified. Once this is rectified, I'll updated my review
