            On April 5,2024 I purchased a used 2007 Jeep Liberty from H and H Kia. Salesman ****** ***** never said as is and paperwork not marked that. I paid $1000 down . On April 12,2024 check engine light came on. I called ****** ***** and told sold as is. On April 13,1014 car won't start. I called H and H Kia April 15 and left message for ****** ***** supervisor. ****** called back after I had car taken to Midas and told a bad starter would cost $596 to fix that I have to pay for. I asked Mr. Smith if I can be reimbursed and he said I can't say yes or no it's up to my manager and I will call you back. No call back yet.

            I would not put even 1 star except I had to. We bought 2012 Kia sorento 1 year ago as is , paper work showed they charged us 350. Dollars for maintenance of the vehicle, it was out of oil within a week, lied about doing maintenance, said the 350 was for (free oil changes) car then had issues now mind you they sold us a 4000. Dollar warranty with free oil changes. Car just quit , they said the gold on the warranty co and the claim was denied (lied again ) no warranty claim was filed, it was covered, picked up car broke down again 1 block off there lot! Fixed again. Went to pick up , it won’t start!!’ They LIED multiple time s by Shain C**** and they knew he lied that should not be tolerated the car has yet to be repaired

Although we did not have direct communication with you, we took your feedback seriously and promptly reached out to your sister to address the issues with her vehicle. We were able to quickly deliver a loaner vehicle to your sister and pick up her vehicle for diagnosis. Upon diagnosing the vehicle, we discovered an unrelated issue with the door locks causing a battery drain. We communicated to your sister and provided the diagnosis at no charge. Upon completion we returned the vehicle to her, at her place of employment. While we understand the frustrations, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Your sister expressed gratitude and satisfaction with the service provided despite declining the repair. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any concerns.
