NOT GOOD! First experience: a team of three gentlemen inspected my home in August, 2023. This took about an hour. Then they sat down with me and showed me pictures and video on their laptop, explaining that my foundation problems were caused by "street creep." I approved the work, took off two days from work to be present, and the work was done. They drilled several holes in my garage floor and driveway and pumped filling under the concrete. This leveled the floor somewhat. They also took a slice out of my driveway and installed a rubber bumper to address the "street creep." They haphazardly squirted filling into some wall cracks. It then rained a week later, and the water came through the not-sealed cracks. Also, spaces that had appeared under the garage doors due to foundation shifting were not addressed. All this for $11,000. I complained, and they sent out another crew. Second experience: a different team came out. They pumped more filling under the floor and re-sealed the wall cracks - much better this time. The crew leader said that I needed a trough around the inside of the garage and a special drain. The spaces under the garage doors were left unaddressed. It soon rained, and the wall cracks still leaked, albeit less than before. I again complained. Third experience: This time they sent out someone else they claimed was one of their best. He took a lot of measurements, then met with me. He said that the trough and drain was not needed. Instead, he stated that piers were needed to shore up the foundation - for another $18,000. This is unacceptable. I am no longer confident that people at Thrasher know what they are doing. A fair resolution of this issue would be installing the piers for no additional cost - I've paid enough. However, this is not forthcoming. Maybe all the foundation repair companies are like this. Regardless, I'm through paying more money to Thrasher.
