Open claim regarding a dealership vehicle that totaled my vehicle in a wheel runoff incident. (DOI March 20th) The claim has been open for 75 days as of writing this.I have constantly been ignored with weeks of no updates since the start of the claim.I missed several weeks of University due to their delays.I've been ignored for countless weeks at a time, with the highest amount of weeks ignored being 3 and their current amount of weeks with no updates being 2 weeks.I've been left with no vehicle for the duration of the claim nor am I able to afford one on my own.Their first and only offer letter they have sent me did not include the coverage of a rental vehicle for several days, the towing compensation for my vehicle (~$280), or compensation for the education I lost due to the accident. Their unwillingness to cooperate has caused me to go into debt as I've been forced to ride around the city bus for both school and for daily task and I was forced to rent a vehicle. I've had to resort to selling my personal belongings to cover additional fees.I've tried to get in contact with both the claim adjuster and her supervisor but both are always busy during their office hours and they tend to ignore my emails. I've tried getting in contact with the owner of the dealership but they refused to call back.I've left countless voicemails and emails asking questions about both the claim and status but to no avail.I'm sure they are trying to delay the settlement either in an effort to reduce the amount I receive or in an effort to force me to accept their first offer. At this rate it appears I'm going to have to hire an attorney to get answers out of them. Currently I want answers to my current questions and a response to my counteroffer as it has been 3 weeks since I sent the counteroffer and 2 weeks since I last had a call with their supervisor. I refuse to sign their form of release without them answering my questions.

Western world Insurance Group are the standard slithering, fork tongue, snakes, hiding in the grass. ready to short change and s**** you over. When someone is injured by a product and their body is altered forever. The experience on how the person feels is indescribable, even if youve been in the same situation. We all experienced pain at different thresholds. Theyre trying to shortchange me after I submitted documentation through an affidavit to their claim for the settlement for a different amount. The claim representative ignored it cutting the check for a low ball figure. Never acknowledged the attachment named additional affidavit that was also notarized. With the other requested forms Im still paying out-of-pocket for repairs to the loss of the tooth. Lets go and crack one of their molars in their face and then withhold funds for repairs. See you they after?
