      Terrible company and horrible customer service. After many chances simply had to request a refund and they still havent got that right.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this company. There is obviously no going out of your way for the customer any more. They tease with Free Items then when you dont get the item or it wasnt added to your order they respond by, somehow it was your fault and there is nothing they can do. I was supposed to get free cashews after spending $59 with my last order and the cart said the cashews were pending the $59. So I added all the items which added up to well over that amount. When I finished and placed the order, of course the cashews were not on the final order. I tried calling about 10 times and was hung up on every time. I sent an email to customer service and they come back saying I didnt do my order correctly? And if I wanted to add the cashews just let them know and they will cancel my order and I can try again. SO it emailed back within minutes to cancel or add the cashews. THEN they email back and say..OPPS the order has shipped and I am basically out of luck. After back and forth on email, because, remember I cant call, they tell me the cashew promo had expired!!! WHAT??? That seems pretty shady. The products are great but that is not worth the frustration of dealing with getting hung up on every time I have tried to call, and dealing with bait and switch. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Horrible customer service. I received a gift from **********************, which included some peanuts. Upon opening, the peanuts were rancid. There was no 'Best By' date on any of their products that I received in this gift. I also noticed none of the packages that I received had any ingredient listings on any of them. Some of the items were very tasty; however, I was afraid to share with one of my grands because of severe allergies and none of the treats had anything listed for ingredients. I contacted Nuts.com for some assistance and was told that there was nothing that they could do - I did not ask for a refund; I simply asked for them to tell me what was in a couple of the treats. PLEASE, PLEASE support your local businesses that answer your questions and really care about customer service!

      Not encrypted data to protect customers timely. I got a breach of my account with unauthorized purchase of gift card. They even do not have hotline to report 24/7 and would like the customers to wait until week day! I will not trust this company for maintaining my personal information

      First time ordering from Nuts.com. Was excited because I've been looking for a company that had Brazil nuts.Selected and purchased next day delivery ***** refused to make delivery, and instead intercepted my package for inspection, which mean some unknown person opened my package, touched what was in there etc.I notified Nut.com to advise them that I was no longer interested in receiving the package due to this interception, and requested a refund.Instead of an apology and refund given.I was treated as if I was not being truthful, especially because ***** is now claiming that the package was delivered, which is not correct.I told the ***** person that I was not taking delivery because the snack box had been tampered with, opened and its contents touched by some unknown person.Nuts.com refuse to refund, claiming that they are waiting for ***** to say that the package was being returned. To which obviously they are not returning. AND Nuts.com under cover, calling me a lier and refusing to refund me.SO now some ***** employee is munching while I'm out of $$$56.00***.With that said, I don't recommend purchasing from this company.

      I ordered mixed nuts for a funeral and was told the order would be delivered on time. Then I received an email stating the order would be delivered days later. Twice people at the company told me that as soon as I cancelled the order and the product was returned to the company I would receive the credit on my credit card. That never happened until I called today, 10 days after the nuts came back to them. This is very bad customer service!

      Lead Warnings Hidden on Products Online.This company is completely dishonest. They do not properly display Prop65 Lead warnings on their products - and it is only after you pay for and receive the product that you see any Prop65 Lead Warnings displayed on the product. Who wants to consume Lead in their food items? No one. I never would have ordered these items if the (mandated) Lead warning were displayed properly online. When I contacted **************** with my concerns, they basically blew me off and told me via email that Prop65 shouldnt be taken seriously. Also, there is no clear way to leave a product review on their website, which leads me to believe that the reviews are either outright fakes or paid for through comps to selected customers. I have requested a refund for the items in question, but have not received a reply.

      I bought nuts and butter from Nuts.com. They mislead me with their gluten free promise. I called and double checked to make sure gluten did not touch the nuts I bought and butter. There was a wheat label in the butter for possible contamination. I got really sick.Reached out to them and gave me credit to order for them again! Now why would I do that!
