              Repair of one part (Enphase not turning on) has not been done. We would like it done quickly as they promised. We have been having issues with ADT Solar since the installation. Now we have been waiting for a repair since 01/10/2024. We have called several times. No customer support that is guaranteed were fulfilled. In all phone calls with the support service, we were told that a scheduled will call to schedule a repair within 6-8 weeks. Today is 04/03/2024 and the answer was the same.

              We have ADT solar and have been noticing huge discrepancies in the amount of output reported from our Enphase app vs. our utility bill. We first approached ADT about this in January and they basically brushed us off and said the system was working as normal, not addressing the issue at all! The discrepancies became larger over the next months, so we inquired with the Enphase people who identified a potential issue which they would forward onto ADT and asked us to follow up with them as well. In doing this, we found out that they had opened a case, which would include the email from January and it would take an additional 4- 6 weeks for a review. It would have been nice of them to address issue when we first contacted them. And this isn't the first time we have had issues with their customer service. I guess that isn't important for this company. We give this company a "F-" for customer service and if were possible to return solar panels, we would certainly do it based on this company's service record.
